As per directive of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru.M K. Stalin the "Help Desk" has established at the Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai for the benefit of students, research scholars, parents and the general public to easily get details of Degree Programmes, Research Programmes, Guidelines for admission to higher education programmes, etc., . As per Government letter No:2132/H2/2024-1 dated 07-11- 2024, the Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, Dr. Govi. Chezhiaan, Inaugurated the Help Desk at Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai on 12th November 2024, Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.

Tamilnadu Teachers Education University Help Desk is functioning with a multidisciplinary team of qualified, well-informed personnel, including facilitators who coordinate and provide information tailored to the individual needs of service seekers, such as students, research scholars, parents and public. The Help Desk is addressing Online Grievances, Telephone Queries, In-person Queries in related to university services. The Help Desk is functioning with a five levels of escalation procedures in addressing grievances.

The Help Desk is directly supervised by the Registrar of University along the Nodal Officer. The Help Desk is receiving complaints along the online Google format link in the Tamilnadu Teachers Education University Website (https://www.tnteu.ac.in/helpdesk.php) in addition to its exclusive email helpdesk@tnteu.ac.in and Telephone no. 044-28389024
